We experienced connectivity problems with our database as a result of an issue with Amazon Web Services, which unfortunately put us at the mercy of their assistance. Some customers may have been affected, as some features were intermittent while we worked through each account to fix the problem.

Our team reached a resolution late on 2/20, and are continuing to monitor things right now to ensure that additional issues do not arise. We are also working on new test cases that will help us avoid this problem with future deployments.
